5. It is strictly forbidden to give the apartment keys to any third party.
6. Do not move or rearrange the furniture or decorations.
7. Treat the apartment with care. This is a uniquely styled, high-quality home. Any damage will be charged.
8. No unregistered guests without prior written approval.
9. Keep the apartment clean. Please remove all trash and avoid leaving dirty dishes or food waste upon departure.
10. Observe quiet hours (22:00–8:00) and respect neighbors and community rules.
