Out of many apartments we have, this is the one we would recommend if you like quality/family time. As the pictures will speak for themselves the view is absolutely phenomenal and also the apartment's furniture and equipment is very comfortable. Complex have beautiful swimming pool with views. Very desirable location, being just above the heart of PLAYA LAS AMERICAS!

The space
The apartment It very comfortable, fresh and clean. Big terrace with an amazing views of the ocean, mountains and whole Playa de Las Americas. Very quiet apartment due to its position. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. For sleeping you will enjoy 2 bedrooms with a double bed for two persons and a living room with a sofa bed. No air conditioning but we have ventilators available, which by experience is enough at normal climate conditions.
Guest access
Access to complex, pool, shower towels, linen, blankets, free amenities like shampoo´s and soap, washing machine, dishwasher, smart TV and high speed internet access.
The apartment is entirely private and we or staff do not come in at any times without upfront notice and agreement with the client.

Neighborhood overview
Roque Del Conde - an elite area with beautiful villas and apartments, winding roads and chic views. In three minutes by car there is a r Gran Sur shopping center and in five minutes, the beaches and the promenade of Costa Adeje.
Getting around
We recommend to take a taxi or rent a car straight from the airport.
Taxi is located just outside form the airport building and cost around 30 euro and the drive it around 20min.
