The space
Studio is with full kitchen and kitchenware like coffee-machine , water-cooker etc , bathroom with a shower.
In the main room you have two very comfortable single beds (Canapés) which when put together makes a comfortable big bed, and sofa bed.
And very big beautiful terrace with dining table and a spectacular lounge area with full sea-view on the beaches of Playa de las Americas and its boulevard!!

The apartment is entirely private and we or staff do not come in at any times without upfront notice and agreement with the client.

Apartment is located on the main Boulevard and not suitable for small children.

What can i say more, millions of people come yearly to Tenerife, to Playa Las Americas for a reason, its simply the best place to stay. Beautiful beaches, warm temperatures all year around and amazing sunsets. Apartment is located in a heart of Las Americas so everything you need is just a step away.
Getting around
Taxi stop is just 2 meters from the house, bus stop near by, we can help with you with a economic rent a car. But for this area a scooter or bicycle is more common as its straight on the Boulevard and finding a parking space near by is very difficult.
